Orders

Once an order has been placed, it cannot usually be changed. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Order updates:

• Pending – your order is being processed

• Shipped – your order has been dispatched and tracking will be provided

• Refunded – your order has been cancelled and refunded

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
