We want you to be happy with your purchase from Forest Awnings.

Returns (Unwanted Items)

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days in line with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

 -Items must be returned in the same condition as received, noting that many of our products are used or ex-display and may show signs of wear.

 -Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery, and then return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Important Notes

-Awnings must be returned clean, dry, and properly packaged

-Proof of purchase is required.

-As many items are used, normal wear and tear will be present and does not qualify as a fault.

-We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, weather conditions, or general wear and tear.
