Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Forest Awnings.

Returns (Unwanted Items)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received. As many of our products are used or ex-display, signs of wear may be present and are clearly described in the listing.

  • Items must not be used beyond reasonable inspection.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of approval.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or NOT AS DESCRIBED Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or full refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Important Notes

  • Awnings must be returned clean, dry, and securely packaged.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Due to the nature of used and ex-display items, normal signs of wear and age do not constitute a fault.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect setup, adverse weather conditions, or general wear beyond what was described at the time of sale.

  • ​Collection orders: Items must be inspected on collection and are considered accepted once collected.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
