We currently deliver to mainland United Kingdom only (England, Scotland & Wales).
Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, and other offshore locations is not available at this time.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery (2–5 working days): £6.99 (orders under £100)

• Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £16.99 (orders £100 and over)

Delivery Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

We use trusted UK couriers such as DPD, Royal Mail, and Yodel, depending on the size and weight of your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to mainland UK addresses only. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside of this area will not be fulfilled.

Collection

Collection is available by prior appointment only in Nottinghamshire.

If you wish to collect an item, please contact us before placing your order to arrange a suitable collection appointment.

Payment for collection orders is accepted via bank transfer or cash. PayPal is not accepted for collection orders, as PayPal Seller Protection requires proof of postage or tracked delivery for eligible transactions.
