✔️ Condition:This awning and annex are in excellent condition, having seen only light use. They present beautifully with only minor signs of general use. May just need a light wipe over in places from storage .

There has been a small, neat repair to the rear section of the roof canopy (see photographs). The repair is discreet, professionally carried out and does not affect the performance or use of the awning.
