✔️ Condition:This awning is in excellent, lightly used, very clean condition and has been exceptionally well cared for by its previous owner. It shows only minor signs of light general use, with slight dried on mud to the lower skirts.

The only thing to note are 2 very tiny scuff marks to the roof, caused in storage. They do not go through the fabric, however they have been covered with Isabella clear repaire aid tape (see pictures) does not affect the use in any way & barley visible.
