✔️ Condition:This awning is in a good overall condition, having been well cared for throughout. It shows does show some signs of general use, including some cosmetic marks and mild mud marks from being packed away last on slightly soiled ground (they will wash off with warm mild soapy water) and a few water marks in places which are not particularly noticeable once the awning is erected. The awning is priced to reflect the condition.

There has also been a small stitched repair to the roof canopy (see photographs), which has been neatly carried out and does not affect the performance or use of the awning.
