Delivery Information 

Forest Awnings Delivery Information

All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. Delivery will be made Monday-Saturday with DPD (delivery 2-3 days from placing an order).

Mainland UK DOES NOT include: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland. An extra delivery charge will be incurred to these locations, please contcat us first for a quote.

Processing your order

We will endeavour to process any orders placed before 12:00pm Monday to Friday that same day for next day delivery. This does not include delivery on weekends or Bank Holidays. For example, if you place an order before 12:00pm on a Friday, you will receive delivery the following week. Orders placed after 12:00pm on a weekday will be processed the following working day. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the next working day.

Customers should note that whilst we and our couriers will always attempt to deliver according to service schedules, unforeseen circumstances can always intervene and we cannot be held liable for any subsequent service breakdown.

Deliveries

For online orders we will send a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched which will include the delivery tracking information.
